Publicized Standards for Patent Agency Service Fees
In accordance with the "Measures for Patent Agency Administration," relevant regulations from the China National Intellectual Property Administration, and considering our agency's service capabilities, we hereby publish the fee standards for patent agency services for your reference. All fees are inclusive of:Market-regulated priceFinal pricing is subject to the Entrusted Agency Agreement signed by both parties. Official fees charged by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) shall be borne separately by the client, and our company will collect and remit them on their behalf.
1. Patent Application Agency Service Fee (excluding official fees from CNIPA)

Standard Case (Complete technical solution and full documentation):5000–8000 per item
Complex Cases (Technically Complex Solutions, Multiple Embodiments, Requiring In-Depth Technical Discovery):8000–15000 per item
Includes: Technical disclosure material review, patent document drafting (claims, specification, drawings), abstract, pre-submission proofreading, CNIPA electronic filing, and follow-up on the notice of acceptance. Excludes: substantive examination responses, reexamination, invalidation proceedings, priority claims, and PCT international application fees.
2. Utility Model Patent Application
Standard Case:2000–3500 per item
Complex Structures / Multi-Component Solutions:3500–5000 per item
Includes: technical analysis, drafting, figure preparation, file organization, electronic submission, and application follow-up. Excludes: responses to office actions, patent searches, and invalidity defenses.
3. Design patent application
Standard product appearance (complete image):800–1500 per item
Multi-view inpainting, complete product appearance:1500–2500 per item
Includes: brief description writing, image proofreading, case file submission, and acceptance follow-up.

V. Terms and Conditions
Official Fee ExplanationOfficial fees payable to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), such as application, examination, and annual fees, are borne by the client. If you qualify for fee reduction, we can assist with processing the request in accordance with CNIPA policies.
Quote FluctuationBulk package entrustments and long-term strategic partnership clients are eligible for discounts; terms are subject to the contract agreement.
Refund PolicyApplication fees are non-refundable if the application is rejected due to reasons attributable to the client, such as providing false technical materials or failing to cooperate with corrections. If our firm fails to complete the agreed-upon services per the contract, we will resolve the matter in accordance with the contractual terms.
Service Commitment: This agency is a patent agent firm registered with the China National Intellectual Property Administration. Our fees are transparent with no hidden charges.
